Attached to the Early Childhood Sector Management, you manage the activity of the French Red Cross establishments in the ARA, PACA and Nouvelle Aquitaine regions.

This territory brings together 13 establishments (9 nurseries in Lyon, 2 nurseries in Marseille, 1 nursery in Salon de Provence and 1 nursery in Anglet).


Your missions are as follows: - Deploy the early childhood sector strategy to serve our missions of supporting children and families and overall performance (operational, social and financial) and implement the roadmap in the territory.

Your missions are as follows: - Deploy the early childhood sector strategy to serve our missions of supporting children and families and overall performance (operational, social and financial) and implement the roadmap in the territory.



- Supervise the team of establishment directors: management of establishment directors in its area, monitoring of activity, interface with teams, support for financial management, support in relations with control and pricing authorities, etc. - In conjunction with the sector management, ensure the development of activities in the territory, represent the French Red Cross internally and externally and develop partnerships

- With higher education (Bac+5), you have at least 10 years of experience in management of management teams , on multi-site/multi-entity activities and in the areas of intervention of the French Red Cross (health, social, medico-social). Knowledge of early childhood professions is essential. - Experienced manager, your management skills as well as your coordination and animation abilities are essential assets for the success of your missions - Your practice of multi-site and multi-sector organizations is proven. Human issues are at the heart of your action; they require analytical and step-back skills in decision-making.
